A recently published survey suggests that South Londoners are twice as likely to attend classical music and other cultural events at least once a month as are residents of North London suburbs. Is the reputation of South London as culturally inferior to the North unfair? Or is it just that the musos can't afford to live north of the river?

South London is definitely a Parnassus of something! ;-)

That sample seems awfully small - I bet there are plenty of enclaves of musos in Norf London: in fact, a lot of them are at the Wigmore every night of the week.
