Celeste Boursier-Mougenot’s debut solo installation in the UK can be seen at The Curve gallery in the Barbican until May 23rd. Inspired by life’s little things and the rhythm of the everyday, the French musician turned artist gives us a room furnished with electric guitars and percussion cymbals, inhabited by... a flock of Australian zebra finches! As they go about their everyday activities of eating, washing themselves and playing, they interact with the instruments and become true rockstars.

Alright, they don’t exactly sound like that, but still they're pretty good! Last chance to see the birds play... Get your unique experience before it’s too late!
(The installation is open daily from 11am until 8pm, and stays open late until 10pm on Thursdays. Admission free.)
