Luke Altmann is a composer and new music broadcaster.

 

Since 2000 he has volunteered at Radio Adelaide, presenting Continuum - Modern Classics and Ear to the Ground with fellow Adelaidean composers Grahame Dudley and David Lang.

 

As a composer he has written regularly since 2002 for local new music organisation The Firm. Among other things.

 

From 2005 to 2009 he ran De la Catessen, an independent inner city venue dedicated to the performance of new and experimental music.
